The Big Things:
Brigham
- Graduate from The Boston Conservatory with a Masters in Viola Performance and Music Education
- Become a well-known LDS Musician
- Upon graduation, secure employment as a Music Education teacher, as a private instructor, and member of Orchestra (along with local gigs)
- Become a father/ successful provider
- Obtain a Graphic Design Certificate from MA College of Art and Design (still need to apply)
- Be gainfully employed (f/t) in interesting and stimulating environments
- Become a Marriage and Family Therapist {Psy.d} someday after the children come
- Become a master chef! (just kidding, but more advanced recipes would be great)
- Become a mother/ loving nurturer
- Write a best-selling dating/self-help book (since I discovered all of the hazards while single!)
- Do FHE every Sunday or Monday night together
- Read scriptures as a family together everyday
- Say prayers together everyday and go to church each week
- Participate in service projects in the ward/stake/community (like helping people move, making dinner for people in need)
- Exercise together so we can get in better shape
- Make more nutritious meals, eat more veggies and less fast food
- Pay off student loans in 3-5 years (very aggressively)
- Save for emergency funds and homeownership and future missions and retirement
- Live on a strict budget, be frugal
- Establish family traditions (holiday, camping, birthday, anniversary, etc)
- Strengthen extended family bonds - stay in touch
- See everything in Boston/East Coast that we would regret not seeing if we suddenly moved
- Spend more time at the beach
- Make good music
- Try new things from time to time
- Be good and reliable friends to others
